- Here's a good Low\Fat Vinaigrette

- ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.00

- Title: Basic Vinaigrette
- Categories: Low\fat, Salads
- Yield: 1 cup

- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar or rice wine 1 t Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c Water 1 t Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 T Apple juice concentrate 1/2 t Dijon mustard no-salt added
- 1/4 t Garlic powder 1 ds Red (cayenne) pepper
- 1/4 t Onion powder

- Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.
- When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
